Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Engineer role based in Kerala, India.

The Sales

Engineer will identify and engage prospective customers, present suitable analytical instruments and scientific equipment solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order closure. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves building long-term customer relationships,



responding to technical inquiries, supporting installations and basic application training, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions.

The Sales

Engineer will also gather market intelligence, participate in seminars or trainings, and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in analytical instruments, scientific equipment, or related industrial/technical domains is highly beneficial.
- Degree or diploma in engineering, science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the region, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and documentation skills.
