What You'll Do

- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers across strategy, growth, leadership teams.
- Run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified pipeline.
- Set up and confirm discovery meetings for the senior sales/consulting team.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and route them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM — activity, notes, next steps.




- Personalize outreach using account and industry research rather than generic templates.
- Hit weekly/monthly targets for outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, ideally in research, consulting, or skilled services firms.
- Proven ability to research companies and people quickly and translate that into relevant outreach.
- Sharp, quick thinker comfortable working with limited direction and timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hunter mentality persistent, target-driven, unafraid of cold outreach and rejection.
- Working knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar).
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.
- Can work from Delhi, in-office.
