Role Description The Sales Customer Attendant is a full-time remote role focused on supporting the sales process and delivering a positive customer experience. In this position, the individual responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provides detailed information about services, and assists with pricing, proposals, and basic contract questions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Attendant also helps identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, supports sales campaigns, and contributes to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Solid customer service and client-facing skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Sales support capabilities such as lead follow-up, basic prospect qualification, and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for responding to customer inquiries and preparing clear, accurate information.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfort with digital tools and online collaboration platforms; basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documents).
- Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and consistently deliver high-quality service in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, call center, or related roles is preferred but not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
