Role & responsibilities

- Respond to incoming inquiries share brochures and product information

- Coordinate demo schedules between clients and our technical team

- Follow up regularly with potential and existing clients over calls and email

- Prepare and send quotations using rates provided by management

- Maintain and update client and lead details in our CRM / Workforce Management Software

- Coordinate payment follow-ups with the accounts team and help with PO paperwork

- Assist at industry exhibitions collect visitor details and follow up afterward

- Keep internal teams updated on client status and new conversions

Preferred candidate profile

- Around 1-2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills are welcome

- Clear, confident communication over phone and email

- Organised and reliable robust at follow-ups and keeping records tidy

- Comfortable with Excel, email, and basic CRM tools

- Willing to occasionally travel for exhibitions

- Available in-office, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, at our Malad West, Mumbai office
