Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Glyptic is a full-time, in office position based in Hapur. This role supports the sales team by managing day-to-day coordination activities, including preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and tracking orders and deliveries.

The Sales

Coordinator communicates with customers and internal teams to schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely responses.

Responsibilities include assisting with sales reports, updating CRM or tracking tools, coordinating with operations and accounts, and supporting the execution of sales campaigns.



The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with sales, service, and administrative teams to maintain smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills for managing pipelines, documentation, and order processing.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship-building with clients.
- Foundational Sales skills to support lead management, cross-selling, and upselling activities.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Hapur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or inside sales is preferred; experience in fire safety or security solutions is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
