Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product and pricing information,



and following up on leads and orders to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves generating sales reports, maintaining CRM data, and assisting in sales forecasting and planning activities.

The Sales

Coordinator will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to handle inquiries, support the sales cycle, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing sales support is beneficial.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
