About the Role

We are looking for a confident, organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator who can effectively communicate with customers and coordinate with the Sales Team and internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong follow-up ability, a positive attitude and the ability to build professional relationships while ensuring smooth sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team and customers to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide timely information.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and delivery schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and keep them updated on order status.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Accounts and Technical Teams for timely execution of customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, follow-ups and customer communications.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-up.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers.
- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales coordination and administrative activities.

Key Skills Required

Communication Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
- Confident communication over phone, email and face-to-face.
- Ability to handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination or similar roles.
- Candidates from EV, Automotive, Electrical, Engineering or B2B industries will be preferred.
- Positive command of English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
