- Handle customer enquiries received through IndiaMART.

- Respond to enquiries and share product details, quotations, and prices.

- Generate and follow up on leads from IndiaMART and other sources.

- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documents.

- Maintain customer databases and enquiry records.

- Regularly follow up with customers to convert leads into business.

- Update lead status and customer details in Excel or CRM software.

- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and other departments for order processing.

- Monitor IndiaMART enquiries and ensure timely responses.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales and enquiry reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
