About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales activities and internal operations.

You'll work closely with the team to identify potential customers, coordinate sales activities, manage proposals, and ensure business opportunities are followed up and handled efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills, learns quickly, takes initiative, and enjoys coordinating people and sales activities.

What You'll Do

Identify and research potential customers and sales prospects

Build and maintain a database of prospective clients

Monitor and coordinate sales team activities and follow ups

Track leads, opportunities, and ongoing sales discussions

Prepare, organize, and manage sales proposals and quotations

Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for proposals

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documents

Track deadlines, tasks,



and sales deliverables

Support day to day sales and business development activities

Identify new sales opportunities

Help improve internal sales coordination and processes

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Quick learner with the ability to adapt easily

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Positive organizational and coordination skills

Confident in communicating with potential clients and team members

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently

Good research and problem solving skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work independently

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Prior experience in sales, business development, coordination, or client management is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation

Freshers: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
