About the Role

Aalveta Group is looking for a Sales & Career Advisor – US Staffing to handle candidate communication, onboarding, career discussions, and consultative sales.

This is not simply a calling or sales position. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a candidate's background and career goals, conduct a 1-on-1 intake discussion, explain the available services, and work with the Marketing Head to provide an appropriate placement recommendation.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial calls with prospective candidates

Conduct 1-on-1 candidate intake meetings

Understand candidate experience, career goals, and job preferences

Review candidate profiles with the Marketing Head

Provide career and placement recommendations

Explain Aalveta Group's services and process clearly

Handle consultative sales conversations

Address candidate questions and objections professionally

Manage candidate onboarding

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates

Build skilled and trusted candidate relationships





Coordinate with the Marketing Head and recruiting team

Maintain accurate candidate information and communication records

Support candidates throughout the onboarding and placement process

Required Skills & Qualifications

0.6-2years of experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, career consulting, business development, or another client-facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication — mandatory

Confident and professional phone communication

Strong WhatsApp, email, and video communication skills

Strong listening and questioning skills

Ability to conduct effective 1-on-1 candidate discussions

Consultative sales and objection-handling skills

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

Professional and trustworthy communication style

Ability to understand and explain services clearly

Preferred / Plus

Previous U.S. staffing experience

Experience working with U.S. candidates

Experience with U.S. staffing firms or job-placement services

IT/technical role understanding

Candidate onboarding experience

Recruitment or staffing experience.
