KLM Assets Fin is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Muvattupuzha Branch. If you have strong experience in NBFC / Chit Fund business development and enjoy building customer networks and achieving business targets, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth through field visits, networking, and market development.
- Acquire new subscribers and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on installment collections and pending payments.
- Monitor business performance and work towards assigned targets.
- Identify current market opportunities and support branch growth.

Candidate Profile:




- 3+ years of experience in NBFC / Chit Fund / Financial Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Candidates from Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam and nearby areas preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
