Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kanayannur.

The Sales

Associate will engage with customers at retail outlets and project locations, present suitable product solutions, and provide basic technical guidance on SIKA construction and waterproofing products.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and retail customers, as well as supporting promotional activities, product displays,



and in-store merchandising.

The Sales

Associate will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, gather market feedback, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product advantages clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic product understanding and technical aptitude, preferably in construction materials, waterproofing, or related fields.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests, orders, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or billing software) for day-to-day operations.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail, field sales, or distribution, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Candidates should have at least a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, commerce, civil engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Kanayannur, travel locally as needed, and demonstrate a customer-focused, goal-oriented mindset.
