About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Property Consultant to guide customers in finding the right home, investment, or land option that matches their lifestyle, budget, and future goals. This is a relationship-based role focused on understanding customer needs and offering the right guidance—not aggressive selling.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through enquiries, referrals, and follow-ups.

Understand each customer’s requirements, preferences, budget, and long-term plans.

Explain available property options, locations, amenities, pricing, and investment benefits clearly.

Arrange and accompany customers on site visits.

Answer customer questions and provide honest, transparent guidance.





Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after their purchase.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and smooth customer onboarding.

Maintain customer records and follow-up updates.

Any degree; with 1+ year of experience in any field.

Positive attitude, patience, and genuine interest in helping people.

Well-groomed, confident, and comfortable meeting customers.

Full training on properties, customer handling, and market knowledge.
