Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Patna.

The Sales

Associate will engage with educators and creators to understand their needs, present Creators Mind™ products and services, and guide them through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, following up with prospects, and managing a sales pipeline. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system,



coordinating with marketing and support teams, and providing feedback to improve product offerings.

The Sales

Associate is expected to meet sales targets, deliver professional customer service, and represent the brand at meetings, events, and client visits.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.

- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in explicit, accessible language.

- Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms, such as mobile apps, desktop software, and social media.

- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and documentation.

- Ability to work on-site in Patna and travel locally for client meetings as needed.

- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills for supporting educators and creators.

- Prior experience in sales, EdTech, software, or services is an advantage.

- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
