Job Title: Fitness Equipment Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Fitness Equipment Sales Executive to promote and sell gym and fitness equipment to individual customers, gyms, fitness centers, hotels, corporates, and other commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fitness equipment.
- Present and demonstrate products, features, specifications, and benefits.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Stay updated on fitness equipment products, competitors, and market trends.
- Visit gyms, fitness centers, hotels,



residential projects, and other potential clients when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness equipment, gym equipment, or a related industry.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and independently manage the sales process.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
