Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for Saskaware’s energy intelligence solutions. The role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing responsive customer service, and gathering feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Day-to-day tasks involve preparing sales presentations and proposals, supporting marketing campaigns, creating content for outreach,



and collaborating with technical teams to translate customer needs into solutions. The specialist will also help train customers and internal team members on product features, track sales performance metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, understand client needs, and provide clear, professional support.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively onboard customers, support user adoption, and enable internal teams on sales and product best practices.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, technology or energy efficiency solutions, and working with industrial or commercial clients is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation abilities, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic marketing systems, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate across functions, and adapt in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment is essential.
