Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mahendragarh. The specialist will generate and manage leads, conduct customer visits, and build relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to increase product sales and market penetration. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales plans, supporting promotional activities, collecting and analyzing market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability and merchandising standards.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic service issues,



tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports for management. The specialist may also assist with training channel partners or junior team members on product features and effective selling practices.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills with clear, professional verbal and written abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Relevant experience in food/FMCG sales or marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Mahendragarh, travel locally as needed, and manage field activities independently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and data tracking.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
