Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in South Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for promoting the agency’s investigation services, generating leads, managing client inquiries, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and relationship-building. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining client records,



and coordinating with the investigation team to understand service offerings.

The role also involves creating and updating marketing materials, supporting online and offline campaigns, participating in client meetings, and providing product and service training to internal team members as needed. The specialist will work closely with management to achieve sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and handle sensitive inquiries with discretion.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with experience in service-based industries preferred.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to help drive sales performance, support team development, and contribute to process improvement.
- Candidates should possess basic Marketing knowledge, including understanding of digital and offline marketing techniques, branding, and campaign support.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; strong organizational and time-management abilities; and prior experience in sales or marketing within professional services or security/investigation sectors as an advantage.
