Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The specialist will identify and engage potential buyers and investors, manage leads, and conduct property presentations and site visits.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information on project features, pricing, and timelines. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional events, coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies, and preparing regular sales reports and market feedback for management.



The individual will also assist in training junior sales staff and continuously refine sales approaches based on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
