Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and outgoing Sales & On-Field Marketing Intern who will act as the face of our show on the ground in Indore. In this role, you will scout, pitch, and onboard brand sponsors, guests, advertising partners, and strategic collaborators to help expand our show's reach and commercial footprint.

Key Responsibilities-

- Client & Sponsor Acquisition: Identify, approach, and pitch local businesses, brands, and potential sponsors across Indore to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for our show.

On-Field Marketing & Networking: Attend local business events, networking meetups, and community gatherings to promote the show, build brand awareness,



and source new opportunities.
- Pitching & Relationship Management: Present partnership proposals, explain the value of advertising/collaborating with our show, and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily records of outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Market Insights: Brainstorm promotional strategies and gather feedback from local businesses to help scale the show's visibility and revenue.

Location: Must be based in Indore and comfortable with an on-site working environment.

Skills

Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
