Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for promoting Achievers Club’s training programs and business offerings, generating new leads, and converting prospects into active participants.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing members, conducting sales presentations, explaining the value of the training system and business model, and answering inquiries in a professional manner. The specialist will support customer service activities, maintain relationships with members, gather feedback,



and help refine sales strategies. Additional tasks may include assisting with training sessions, collaborating on marketing campaigns, and preparing reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and members.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding, informational sessions, and skill development activities.
- Candidates should have basic digital literacy and familiarity with online platforms and tools used in modern marketing and sales.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in office in Varanasi, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
