Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support sales lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up communication with B2B and B2C clients in the marine and pet products sector. Daily activities include assisting in marketing campaigns, preparing sales materials, maintaining customer databases, and tracking inquiries and conversions.





The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on product information, pricing, and order status, as well as participating in basic product training sessions and market research initiatives. The intern will contribute to building brand awareness, improving customer experience, and supporting overall sales growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation support, and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training and Sales Management support, such as assisting with product training materials and reporting on sales activities.
- Relevant skills such as basic marketing knowledge, proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), and familiarity with social media or digital channels are beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge in excel and other technical skills.
