Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting Kaliru’s efforts to grow its learner base and promote its e-learning offerings. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with outreach to prospective learners, responding to inquiries, and providing basic customer support to ensure a positive experience. The intern will help execute sales and marketing campaigns, gather and organize feedback from users, and support the creation of training materials or presentations for promotional activities.





This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing team, tracking key metrics, and contributing ideas to improve engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospective and current learners.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support outreach and conversion activities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to assist in Training-related tasks, such as explaining course offerings and guiding users through the platform.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and comfortable with digital tools and online communication platforms.
- Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship or volunteer experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
