About Prolincur

Prolincur is a software development company. We build the 3D, CAD, GIS and AI software behind digital twins and the digital thread, for product companies and industrial firms in manufacturing, AEC, infrastructure, mining, telecom and energy. Our clients are mostly in the USA and Europe, and many work with us for years.

We are a small, senior team. We are an Autodesk Service Partner, a Protected Software FME System Integrator, and a member of NVIDIA Inception and Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. We also build our own 3D platform, VectraXD.

About role

You will be the first dedicated sales and marketing person, working directly with the founder. Your job is to help the right companies find us and start conversations with us: researching prospects, running outreach, publishing content and keeping our profiles, website and pipeline in shape. You will learn how international B2B software sales works, from the first message to a signed engagement.

What you will do

Sales support and outreach:

- Research target companies and decision makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, heads of product) in our focus industries
- Personalise and send outreach on LinkedIn and email using our templates, and run the follow-up sequence
- Keep the sales pipeline up to date: every contact, message, reply and next step
- Book discovery calls for the founder and prepare a one-page brief on each prospect
- Support proposals and RFP responses: gather case studies, format documents, check details

Marketing:

- Plan and publish LinkedIn posts for the company page and the founder (about two a week)
- Turn our projects into short case studies, posts and visuals, working with the engineers
- Keep our profiles current on LinkedIn, Clutch, DesignRush, GoodFirms, and partner directories
- Help with website updates, simple SEO tasks and landing pages for our fixed-price offers




- Support partner marketing with Autodesk resellers and FME partners, and prepare for events and webinars

Reporting:

- Track weekly numbers: outreach sent, replies, calls booked, posts published, website leads
- Share a short weekly summary and suggest what to try next

What we are looking for

- A graduate in engineering, computer science, business or communications (2024 to 2026 graduates welcome)
- Excellent written English: clear, short and professional. This matters most.
- Curiosity about technology. You do not need to know 3D, CAD or GIS yet, but you should enjoy learning how they work and why customers need them.
- Comfort reaching out to people you do not know, and following up without being pushy
- Organised and reliable: you keep track of details and deadlines
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Sheets or Excel, and a design tool such as Canva
- Comfortable using AI tools to research and draft, and careful to check their output

Nice to have

- An internship or project in B2B marketing, sales, or IT services
- Basic knowledge of CAD, GIS, 3D or engineering software
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or similar), video editing, or writing for a blog or newsletter
