Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure a safe working workplace at construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site safety inspections, hazard identification, PPE compliance, safety training, documentation, and coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify site hazards.
- Ensure workers and contractors follow safety procedures.
- Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety induction for workers.
- Monitor safety during work at height, excavation, scaffolding, lifting, and other construction activities.
- Maintain safety inspection, incident, and training records.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.




- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and workers.
- Ensure proper barricading, safety signage, housekeeping, and emergency arrangements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive safety actions.

Eligibility
- Diploma / Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.
