Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage backend operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks related to RTO (Return To Origin) processes.

- Conduct document verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for insurance claims processing.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to customers after successful claim settlement.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on processed transactions.
