We're hiring a Room Attendant for a 29-room boutique hotel we manage in the Himalayan foothills, right where the city gives way to the hills. Colonial charm meets contemporary design here: muted tones, mountain views, garden dining under the open sky, and a multi-cuisine restaurant and café that welcome leisure travellers, families and corporate guests alike.
Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, solid sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.
What you'll do
- Clean, service and set up guest rooms and bathrooms to the property's standards
- Provide turndown service and replenish linen, towels and guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues and handle lost-and-found promptly
- Keep corridors and public areas spotless
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests
Who we're looking for
- 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort (freshers with hotel management training will be considered)
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in a perfectly made room
- Polite, discreet manner with guests; basic English and Hindi
- Physically fit and comfortable on your feet through the shift
