Role Description The Robotics Project Intern will support the design, development, and testing of robotics projects and education-focused automation solutions. This internship is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of in office work at partner institutions and remote tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assembling and configuring robotic systems, assisting with mechatronics and automation setups for school labs, documenting project workflows, and supporting the creation of educational materials and demonstrations.





The intern will collaborate with technical and academic teams to troubleshoot systems, conduct basic experiments, and ensure safe, reliable operation of robotics platforms used by students. The role also involves maintaining project reports, participating in review meetings, and contributing ideas to improve lab experiences and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Robot systems, including basic design, assembly, and testing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Automation and Process Automation, with an understanding of control systems or programmable components.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Mechatronics, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software elements.
- Basic familiarity with electronics, sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) is beneficial.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, read technical documentation, and document experiments or project work clearly.
- Good problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and comfort working with students and educators in a lab environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup across on-site and remote tasks.
