We are looking for an experienced RMO to provide medical care to patients, monitor their condition, handle emergencies, and coordinate with consultants and nursing staff to ensure proper patient management.
Key Responsibilities
Examine and monitor patients regularly.
Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient conditions.
Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate treatment.
Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management.
Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed.
Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments.
Maintain accurate patient case sheets and medical records.
Prepare discharge summaries and necessary medical documentation.
Follow hospital protocols, medical ethics, and safety standards.
Communicate with patients and their relatives regarding basic medical care.
Ensure timely escalation of critical cases to consultants.
Participate in ward rounds and provide necessary clinical support.
Requirements
Qualification: MBBS.
Experience: 4–5 years as an RMO/Resident Medical Officer.
Valid medical registration/license.
Positive clinical and emergency-handling skills.
Strong communication and patient-management skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
