About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Revit Modeler with hands-on experience in Revit-based design, BIM development, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Revit workflows and be capable of developing accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready BIM models based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on project requirements and design inputs.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and convert design information into accurate Revit models.
- Work on design development and BIM model development from initial concepts through detailed design.
- Create and manage Revit families, components, templates, and project standards as required.
- Prepare construction drawings, plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and documentation from Revit models.
- Ensure models comply with project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve design and model-related issues.
- Perform model checks and assist with clash detection and coordination.
- Review design inputs and identify discrepancies or constructability issues within the model.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the team in improving Revit workflows, templates, families, and modeling standards.
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Project Managers,



and other stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient BIM/Revit processes and workflows.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and Revit workflows.
- Experience in design development and detailed BIM modeling.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design documentation.
- Good knowledge of Revit tools, families, views, sheets, schedules, and documentation.
- Understanding of LOD, BIM standards, and model coordination.
- Ability to identify design discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on US-based construction or architectural projects.
- Experience with multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection workflows.
- Familiarity with Revit project templates, shared parameters, and family creation.
- Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Revit API/Dynamo or BIM automation will be an added advantage.
