Role Description The Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize room and ancillary revenue across MAYFAIR properties. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing booking patterns, market trends, and competitor performance, managing pricing and inventory across channels, and preparing revenue forecasts and reports.

The Revenue

Manager collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing, promotions,



and distribution strategies with business objectives. The role also involves monitoring performance against targets, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and financial standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in revenue management and revenue recognition, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles relevant to hotel operations.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, channel managers, and MS Excel or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced certification in revenue management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in hotel or resort revenue management and familiarity with local and regional market dynamics is highly desirable.
