We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Retail Salesman to join our team, assist our customers, and help drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the right sizes and styles in mens women’s and children’s apparel. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing items to maximize sales. Maintain the shop floor, ensuring garments are neatly folded, organized, and properly displayed. Handle customer queries with a polite and helpful attitude. Meet daily and monthly store sales targets to earn additional performance incentives.

Requirements Experience:



Minimum 1 year of hands-on sales experience in the garments or apparel sector.

Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi. Valuable overall communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

Education: No formal education or specific degree is mandatory; practical retail experience is what matters.

Attributes: Punctual, customer-friendly, and target-driven.

Compensation & Work Details Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives on top of the fixed salary.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Time Off: 1 fixed weekly day of
