Retail Sales Executive – Saree Store (HSR layout , Richmond road, Jayanagar)

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist shoppers at our saree store. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable sarees, and providing a welcoming shopping experience.

Gender: Male / Female

Qualification: Graduate

Age: 20–30 Years

Experience: 0–5 years, preferably in Apparel, Hospitality, Jewellery or Cosmetics

Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

Understand customer needs, preferences and requirements.

Provide styling/product guidance and support purchase decisions.

Convert customer enquiries into sales.

Maintain visual merchandising standards.

Build strong customer relationships.

Handle complaints and resolve customer concerns.

Ensure excellent pre- and post-sale customer service.

Requirements :

Solid customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Integrity, professionalism and good work ethics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
