About the Role

Gupta Jewellers is looking for energetic, customer-focused Jewelry Sales Executives to join our showroom team. As the primary point of contact for our walk-in clients, you will assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewelry for weddings, daily wear, and festive occasions. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, high integrity, an appealing presentation, and a passion for luxury retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation & Sales: Welcome customers warmly, understand their specific tastes, occasions, and budgets, and present curated jewelry collections to close sales.
- Product Demonstration: Confidently explain product features, gold purity (14K, 18K, 22K Hallmarking / HUID norms), diamond certification (4Cs — Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat), making charges, and net metal weight.
- Counter & Tray Management: Safely handle high-value merchandise, adhering strictly to tray limits, display guidelines, and counter security protocols during client interactions.
- Stock & Display Maintenance: Ensure display showcases,



counter lighting, and jewelry pieces are clean, polished, and tagged correctly before store opening and throughout the day.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term relationships with regular buyers, maintain customer contact lists, and follow up regarding customized orders, festival promotions, and new arrivals.
- Sales Coordination: Assist the billing desk with accurate product codes and customer details for smooth invoice generation and delivery.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of retail counter sales experience (prior showroom sales experience in gold, diamond, or lifestyle/luxury retail is strongly preferred; passionate freshers with robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi; conversational English is a plus.
