Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to handle footwear sales, develop relationships with retailers/dealers, generate new business, and ensure regular market coverage. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic market knowledge, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit footwear retailers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company’s footwear products.
- Develop new retailer/dealer accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Take regular orders and follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
- Ensure proper product display and availability at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the sales team, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
- Collect and share market feedback, customer requirements, and competitor information with management.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer records.




- Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related issues professionally.

Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two / Degree / Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–1 years in footwear, FMCG, retail, distribution, or field sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain valuable relationships with retailers and dealers.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹[18,000–22,000] per month,+ DA
- Travel allowance / fuel allowance as per company policy.
