Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end creative direction for retail spaces, seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, and digital assets across fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance brand storytelling and customer experience in-store and online.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail teams to align creative output with business objectives and seasonal calendars.
- Manage creative teams, agencies, and vendors—overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality control for high-impact deliverables.
- Translate global fashion trends into localized,



culturally resonant creative concepts tailored for Indian consumer audiences.
- Present creative vision to C-suite stakeholders and clients with compelling narratives and data-backed rationale.
