Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency
- Lead, train and motivate the restaurant team
- Monitor manpower, attendance, inventory, hygiene and SOP compliance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues effectively
- Coordinate with kitchen, HR, finance and management teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise FOH staff and ensure excellent guest service
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness and SOP compliance
- Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management
- Handle guest concerns and support smooth shift operations
- Assist in achieving sales and operational targets

Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the team during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience
- Manage shift operations and staff deployment
- Monitor service standards, hygiene and SOP compliance




- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support team training and performance improvement
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations

Senior Server
- Provide excellent and personalised service to guests
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Guide and support junior servers during operations
- Maintain high standards of table setup, cleanliness and service
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Assist the supervisor in smooth shift operations

Server
- Greet and attend to guests professionally
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
- Ensure timely and quality service
- Maintain table setup and cleanliness
- Follow restaurant SOPs and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and FOH team
- Ensure a positive guest experience

What We Look For: Good communication and guest-handling skills
