Role Description The Reservation Executive will manage end-to-end reservation activities, including responding to inquiries, confirming bookings, and updating reservation systems for KNY Stay apartments. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone and online queries, sharing accurate information on availability, pricing, and apartment features, and coordinating with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out.

The role involves maintaining reservation records, preparing basic reports, and supporting corporate clients with long-term stay and relocation requirements.

Executive will provide qualified customer service, resolve issues related to bookings, and follow standard procedures and policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to phone and online inquiries.
- Basic proficiency in reservation or property management systems, along with comfort using email, spreadsheets, and other office software.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bookings, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail to manage booking changes, special requests, and escalation of issues when needed.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or corporate accommodation services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility for standard hospitality working hours.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort communicating in English and local languages to support a diverse set of guests and corporate clients.
