Role Description The Research and Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The associate will support the design, planning, and execution of pharmaceutical R&D; projects, including formulation development, process optimization, and product improvement. Daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, documenting results, analyzing data, and assisting with the preparation of technical reports and regulatory documentation.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and regulatory affairs to ensure smooth transfer of new products to manufacturing. The associate is expected to follow safety and compliance standards, maintain laboratory equipment,



and contribute to continuous innovation within the R&D; function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills to support experimental design, data collection, and innovative problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret experimental data, perform root-cause analysis, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to prepare technical documentation, share findings with teams, and collaborate across functions.
- Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills, including handling instruments, following SOPs, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, GMP principles, and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple tasks, and show attention to detail in a fast-paced R&D; environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and scientific documentation tools is an advantage.
