Job Summary

Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant & Machinery Engineer to manage construction equipment, machinery, maintenance, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain construction plant, machinery, and equipment at project sites.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of equipment as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, operators, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain machinery records, service schedules, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
- Monitor equipment performance, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during machinery operation and maintenance.




- Diagnose equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
- Manage spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure minimum equipment downtime and smooth project operations.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5–6 years of experience in Plant & Machinery, preferably in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction equipment and machinery maintenance.
- Experience with equipment such as excavators, cranes, batching plants, concrete pumps, generators, compressors, etc.
- Good coordination, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
- Candidates available to join at Greater Noida are preferred.
