We are looking for a Research Associate Longevity & Healthy Ageing to work closely with our research leadership as we build this new vertical from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for an early-career researcher to gain hands-on exposure to research, laboratory development, industry-linked projects and student research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support research projects in longevity and healthy ageing.
- Conduct literature reviews, scientific research and background analysis.
- Assist with research design, data collection, analysis and documentation.
- Support research protocols, experimental workflows and laboratory processes.
- Maintain research data, reports and scientific documentation.
- Contribute to research across areas such as ageing biology, cellular senescence, biomarkers, regenerative biology, metabolic health and precision health.
- Work with senior researchers on developing research projects and translating scientific developments into practical research opportunities.
- Support collaborations with laboratories, universities, hospitals and industry partners.




- Assist in developing research projects and learning experiences for students.
- Stay updated on emerging research and developments in longevity and life sciences.

What Were Looking For:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
- 1–3 years of research experience through academic research, research labs, biotech, healthcare, diagnostics or related environments.
- Solid understanding of scientific research methodology and scientific literature/data.
- Hands-on laboratory/research experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in longevity, ageing science and healthy ageing.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior researchers and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to work in a zero-to-one research environment.
