Vibescapes is looking for a Reservations Associate to join our reservations team and manage guest enquiries, follow-ups and bookings across our resorts, villas and hospitality experiences.

We’re looking for someone with valuable communication skills, strong follow-up discipline and a customer-focused approach who can convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Handle reservation enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other booking channels
- Respond to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow up with prospective guests and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Handle booking confirmations, modifications and cancellations
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding room types, rates, availability, inclusions and property facilities
- Coordinate with property teams regarding reservations and guest requirements
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest records
- Follow up on pending and warm enquiries
- Assist with upselling rooms, meals, experiences and other services
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and property teams
- Maintain a professional standard of guest communication at all times
- Support the reservations team with daily reports and booking updates

What We’re Looking For





- 1–2 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations or a similar hospitality role
- Candidates based in Pune preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail while handling bookings and guest information
- Comfortable working with computers, reservation systems and basic reporting
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays as required

Good to Have

- Experience with hotel/resort PMS or reservation systems
- Experience handling OTA or online booking enquiries
- Experience in sales, reservations or guest relations
- Previous experience with resorts, villas or leisure hospitality
