Jainam Broking is looking for a agile, customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their financial requirements, providing appropriate investment solutions and contributing to business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial markets, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand clients’ financial goals, requirements and risk profiles.

Generate new business through client acquisition, referrals and relationship building.

Provide clients with relevant information about investment and broking products.

Drive revenue and business growth through effective client engagement.

Handle client queries, requests and service-related requirements efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of client issues.

Keep clients updated on relevant market developments, products and opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and strengthen overall client engagement.





Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements and applicable compliance standards.

Maintain accurate client records and activity reports.

Candidate Profile

Graduate, preferably from a Finance/Commerce background.

MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification is mandatory.

Minimum 6 months of experience in the Broking, BFSI or Financial Services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.

Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
