Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with traders, partners, and key clients, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and account management. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, explaining products and services, addressing trading-related questions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also involves identifying client needs, proposing suitable solutions, supporting client retention initiatives, and gathering feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and manage client relationships, including stakeholder communication, account servicing, and client retention strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading products, and brokerage services; prior experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
- Capability to work in a structured, target-driven workplace, managing multiple client requests and priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools for tracking interactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs in a dynamic market environment.
