Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Relationship

Manager will manage end-to-end customer relationships, including prospecting, explaining home loan and LAP products, and guiding applicants through the loan process. The role involves assessing customer needs, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely loan disbursal.

Manager will maintain regular follow-up with customers, handle queries and service requests,



and support portfolio quality through proactive engagement and risk awareness. The position also includes achieving business targets, building networks with referral partners, and promoting India Shelter’s customer-centric values in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management skills, including consultation, needs assessment, and after-sales support.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales and business development, such as lead generation, cross-selling, and achievement of loan disbursement targets.
- Candidates should possess analytical and verification skills for assessing creditworthiness, reviewing documentation, and supporting risk-conscious decision-making.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build trust with diverse customer profiles.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; experience in housing finance or retail lending is preferred.

- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, familiarity with local markets, and comfort using digital tools and loan management systems.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset aligned with affordable housing finance objectives.
