We are hiring Relationship Manager General Insurance for Broking Agency

Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Nashik | Delhi | Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct sales and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance products.
- Handle policy renewals and existing client servicing.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance and servicing.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking / Direct Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with valuable business development skills.
- Candidates with relevant insurance sales experience preferred.
- Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 + Incentives
