Role Description The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care to individuals undergoing fertility treatments at Crysta IVF’s Delhi center. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, preparing them for procedures, administering medications and injections as per protocols, and providing pre- and post-procedure nursing support. The role involves coordinating with fertility specialists, embryologists, and other clinical staff, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

The nurse will educate patients and their families about treatment plans,



medication schedules, lifestyle guidance, and follow-up requirements, while offering compassionate emotional support. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Valid Nursing registration from Delhi Council (DNC) of a recognized nursing program (GNM or B.Sc Nursing) - Female Staff.
- Experience in fertility, obstetrics and gynecology, women’s health, or related clinical areas; prior IVF or assisted reproductive technology (ART) exposure is an advantage.
- Solid clinical assessment skills, including patient monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and emergency response in line with established protocols.
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation, including electronic medical records and treatment charts.
- Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures and provide empathetic support.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
