Location: Thane(Managing Maharashtra Region)
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve property valuation reports for LAP cases
Conduct technical property inspections and collateral assessments
Manage empaneled valuers and valuation agencies across the region
Ensure compliance with RERA, building by-laws, and internal policies
Provide technical support to Credit, Legal, Collections, and Business teams
Handle SARFAESI technical re-valuations and risk assessments
Monitor valuation TAT, vendor performance, MIS, and audit compliance
Maintain regional real estate market intelligence and property price trends
Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
PG in Real Estate Valuation / Construction Management (Preferred)
59 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) Technical with an NBFC, HFC, or Scheduled Commercial Bank
Robust knowledge of property valuation methodologies, RERA, building by-laws, and development regulations
Experience in collateral risk assessment and technical due diligence
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Willingness to travel across the assigned region
