Opening Location: Tiruppur
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Tiruppur region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate current customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Visit customers, dealers and business partners regularly.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Track daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, pending orders and payments.
- Expand the company's customer and dealer network within the assigned region.
Candidate Requirements
- Local candidates from Tiruppur are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in solar,
electrical, renewable energy or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Positive knowledge of the Tiruppur market and surrounding areas.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM.
- Age limit: Up to 35 years.
