We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Regional Managers to join our Sales & Marketing Department for the following regions:

North | West | South India

Position: Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: Negotiable

Work Location: Regional / Assigned Location

Product Knowledge Required

Candidates should have strong knowledge and experience in sales/marketing of products such as:

- Busbar
- Fine Gauge Wire
- Enamel / Winding Wire
- CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductor)

• PV Ribbon

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned region
- Develop current customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients




- Identify new business opportunities and market potential
- Manage distributors, dealers and key accounts
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order execution

• Drive customer acquisition, business growth and long-term partnerships

Candidate Profile 5–10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing

Strong understanding of electrical/conductor products and applications

Proven track record in B2B sales and business development

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
